Getting started is quick and easy:

- Download the B2R App from your device's app store.
- Sign up using your mobile number and receive an OTP.
- Complete the registration by entering your company details and uploading necessary documents.
- Our verification team will review your documents.
- Once approved, you can access the app using biometric verification or a simple 4-digit passcode.

3. Where can I download the B2R App, and is it available for iOS devices?

You can download the B2R App from the Google Play Store. Please note that we are currently working on making it available for iOS devices in the near future.

4. What documents are required to purchase on the B2R App?

To make purchases on the B2R App, you will need the following documents:

PAN Card Valid Business Documents, including GSTIN Certificate, SNE, Trader License, or Udhyog Aadhar Valid ID Proof, such as Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID Card

5. Can I register on the B2R App without a GST number?

Yes, registration is possible without a GST number. However, you should possess a valid State Government-approved business license with a turnover of up to INR 20 lakhs per annum.

6. What are the payment options available on the B2R App?

You can choose to pay for your orders through various methods, including:

- Net Banking
- Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express Credit or Debit cards issued in India
- NEFT/RTGS
- Wallet
- Cash on Delivery (if available for qualifying products)

7. Does the B2R App offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option?

Cash on Delivery is available for specific products and will be indicated during the order process.

8. Does DealsDray deliver to all locations across India, and is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes, DealsDray delivers to all locations in India, and there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ). You have the flexibility to order any quantity, from a single item to larger quantities, without any conditions on the order value.

9. How can I track my orders using the B2R App?

The B2R App offers a simple order tracking feature, making it easy for you to keep tabs on your orders and their delivery status.

10. Is there a warranty offered on products purchased through the B2R App, and how can I claim it?

Warranty can be claimed for refurbished mobile phones. To claim a warranty or for any queries, please call us at 76698 11543 or message us on WhatsApp at 76698 11543 (available all days from 09:00 to 20:00) or write to us at return@dealsdray.com.

11. What is the typical delivery time for orders placed through the B2R App?

Orders typically ship within one day. The delivery time varies based on the location and usually takes 3-4 working days to deliver to any location in India.

12. How are purchased products delivered, and are there any delivery charges?

Products are delivered through our courier partner, and there are no delivery charges.

13. What should I do if I receive a damaged delivery box?

If you receive a damaged box, you can refuse to accept it and return it to the courier company.

14. How long can I access my purchase history on the B2R App?

You can access your complete purchase history, allowing you to review and track all the products you've purchased through DealsDray.

15. Can I specify a different delivery address from the billing address?

Yes, you can choose to have products delivered to an address different from the billing address. However, multiple delivery addresses for a single order are not supported; you must place separate orders for different delivery addresses.

16. Will I receive a GST invoice along with IMEI for my purchases?

Yes, you will receive a GST invoice that includes the IMEI number, along with a unique barcode, for each product.

17. How are the grading parameters determined for products on the B2R App?

Products are categorized into different grades based on their condition:

- Pre-owned phones are sold by their previous owners and may or may not have faults. They are graded A, B, C, D, or E after passing through 40 quality checks.
- Refurbished phones are categorized as Open Box, Superb, or Good.

18. Will I receive the product box and accessories with pre-owned devices?

Yes, you will receive the product box and accessories with refurbished devices. For preowned devices, you can choose from the available variants in the provided list.

19. What if I receive a product that does not match its grade?

Yes, you will receive the product box and accessories with refurbished devices. For preowned devices, you can choose from the available variants in the provided list.
